Keys Hotels has entered into a management contract with Nestor Hotels Pvt Ltd. to upgrade and construct a full service 140 room hotel at Marol, Andheri East and have rechristened it Keys Hotel Nestor. The Keys Hotel Nestor guest rooms will come fully equipped with large televisions, refrigerators, telephones with ISD/STD facilities, tea/coffee maker, electronic safe and Wi-Fi connectivity.The Keys Travel Desk allows you to explore the metro within an itinerary that either you plan or have executed. This time everything concerning my booking was ok. I was in a different room, but had the same general experience as on y prvious stay. However on this occasion I was able to really experience and appreciate the friendleness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. They helped me arrange transportation at what I considered a fair price to go to South Mumbai, as well as to the airport to catch my flight back to the States. Also the staff in the dining room was always ready and very willing to get you whatever you needed and could not find readily. It was the staff that made for a very pleasant stay.
