Ugh, terrible hotel stay.
It was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. They double charged for the room, the beds were hard and the staff was completely unhelpful. Specifically, I paid for a package through Orbitz and once I arrived at the hotel they had no idea about the reservation. After talking to Orbitz I was told that the hotel was informed but did not process it correctly. After several days Orbitz finally refunded the money, not the hotel, they would not respond to any requests. The staff was rude throughout this experience which made it so much worse. Please do not stay at this hotel; there are several others in the area that are far nicer.
