- Clarks Exotica Aguada Anchorage is big on conference and wedding parties since it is ideal for large groups and also has sprawling lawns and other venues for events. There are two conference halls on the first floor - the first one with an area of 2400 sq. ft. It can accommodate 1 - 120 people. Another hall adjacent to it and both are acoustically engineered for conferences. The lawn outside can accommodate about 120 people and the management used this as lunch/dinner venue.
