St. George Residence All Suite Hotel Deluxe started life as a medieval grand townhouse in 1392. It passed through the hands of several owners before being completely rebuilt in the 15th century, using the medieval foundations. After being purchased by the university, it was brought to its present form with a gorgeous Baroque frontage and became the Fortuna Inn. The St. George Residence All Suite Hotel Deluxe has been completely restored from the Fortuna Inn, allowing modern visitors to revel in the luxury of Baroque opulence.

Each room in the St. George Residence All Suite Hotel Deluxe is a fully featured suite with a well-equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and modern amenities including Internet access and flat-screen TVs. Internet use is available at no extra charge. The bronze suites boast a Baroque style color scheme, with off-white walls and solid wooden flooring with a modern twist of contrasting inlays. Furnishings are of high quality crafted woods. Silver suites feature a larger floor area along with similar decor, with space for two children as well as two adults. The gold suites are even larger, with around 970 square feet of floor space. The living area is greatly expanded for even more of a luxury experience. The highest quality suites are the diamond suites, and these feature the best of everything in a top hotel, including Chippendale-style furniture, greater floor space and, to top it off, a separate meeting room for business meetings. The styling is more elaborate, with graceful wall arches and exposed stone to give a warm, boutique feel. Soundproofing, a cordless telephone, controllable air conditioning, toiletries, and a minibar are standard issue in all suites at the St. George Residence All Suite Hotel Deluxe. Some suites also have the benefit of a Jacuzzi.
