Fantastic vacation
The staff at the front desk are helpful. They answered our quesitons and helped us to find restaurants and called taxi for us. The taxi ordered by the hotel was much honest and charged the right fair than the one from the street.

Generally a good stay
We went for a weekend by car. Generally speaking, the hotel does deserve 4 stars, although it's interior could be renovated. We were unpleasantly surprised with parking fees as we paid 44 EUR 44 (65$) for a day and a half. That is simply too much. When we stayed in Hilton West End in May (which is perfect btw.) we paid parking 16 EUR/day in 5-star hotel near-by. The maids were a bit annoying each morning knocking and shouting. However, the hotel is well maintained and does have a warm feeling.

My stay was good.Convenient location,with a helpfuf staff. There is a first class restaurant with good food and very accomodating staff. A cup of coffee is something that is lacking. Cappaccino's, Lattie's etc., but no regular cup of coffee. No one knows how to make a good cup fo american coffee.Over all,my stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Very comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is superb if one wants to be in the center of Budapest within a few minutes of tram, bus, or metro. Most of the important places to access are within minutes.
