Paradise Apartments offers modern 2- and 3-room deluxe apartments in the beautiful, newly built(2007) Rennaisance House II (Reneszansz Haz) on Kazinczy utca 9 - right opposite of the famous Szimpla Kert "ruin pub" visited by so many tourists. -Please note - a few of our studio flats are located on Wesselenyi and Akacfa streets in the same area. All of our luxury apartments are located in new buildings and are perfect for business travelers, family, friends and couples on holiday seeking the exciting, invigorating day and night 'Pesti' life of Budapest's downtown city central. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped with eating and cooking utensils, clean bed sheets and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, DVD player and FREE WIFI Internet access is available. (Air conditioning is also available in the summer months for 5eur/night!) In-house parking is also available on request for 10 euro / day. LOCATION Within minutes walking distance of the apartments, you will find most of the major tourist attractions such as the State Opera, St. Stephen's Basilica, the Synagogue, Liszt Ferenc Square, and the vivacious 'shoppers paradise' - Vaci street. In addition, we need not forget to mention the ambrosial assortment of both traditional Hungarian and international cuisine, bars, 'coffee&cake' cafes and clubs all around - promising you the most out of your short stay in one of Europe's most 'social' cities. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW! 1)BOOKING YOUR APARTMENT: When you have completed your booking, please contact either Edith or Randy at our reception TO CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL TIME! We speak English and we're here to assist you in any way we can to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. 2) DAY OF ARRIVAL: To pick up the keys, please come first to our office located at: Kazinczy u. 9. Hungary, Budapest, 1075 3) PARKING - We have in-garage parking available on request only. The fee is 15 euro / day. If you are coming by car and need parking, please let us know in advance as spaces are limited. 4)AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE - we offer private limousine service to- and fro- the Ferihegy international airport to our reception for 25 euro / route for up to 4 persons. 5)BREAKFAST - You have the option to pre-pay continental breakfast in one of our nearby cafes. The cost / person is 5 Euro. If you wish to order breakfast, please let us know in advance. 6)OUR REGULAR OFFICE RECEPTION HOURS: Monday-Friday, 10am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday - CLOSED unless otherwise agreed upon. 7)AFTER HOURS CONTACT INFORMATION: After hours contact phone number: We have after hours on call service if you have any questions or problems or you wish to stay an additional night. 8)REGULAR AND LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS: We accept guest arrivals 7 days a week up until 11 pm .If you are arriving after this time, you need to notify us and there is an additional, one time, 'late arrival' fee of 20 Euro. 9) BOOKING MORE THAN 1 APARTMENT: If you want to organize your group / party all in 1 building, you must contact us separately to check availability before you book online otherwise we cannot guarantee you will all be in the same building.
