The service offered by the hotel was very professional, yet with a very friendly feel. I was given a city map and guide at ... check in. The room was very comfortable, well-sized and with free wireless internet access. The restaurant offers good quality food and wine at very competetive prices, although it has been empty most of the evenings. Overall, my stay there was a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is well designed, clean, and staffed by very friendly and helpful people. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and ... the location was very close to public transportation, although if you plan to walk to most tourist destinations it would be a bit of a hike (although doable). Breakfast wasn't included with our booking but that was no problem - Budapest is very affordable and full of good restaurants and cafes!

Come out to Big main road from hotel. Good breakfast around the corner and excellent restaurant called"Okay Italian Resturant" nearby the hotel was really good food and friendly english speaking staff. Cheap Cheap BEER!!!
