Great location

Stayed 3 nights. Originally booked for 2 nights but decided to spend an extra. The hotel was understanding and compliant with this request and made our transition as easy as possible (had to move rooms but only just down the hall). Conveniently located in the middle of most places you'd want to visit in the city (Buda or Pest) with a Hop-On, Hop-Off bus stop just outside.

Very good

Great location, nice and spacious room, but a view of a wall from my window. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The business center offers free internet but the computers are old and the chairs are falling apart.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located

The hotel is very elegant with chandeliers and beautiful decor. The blankets and pillows were very fluffy and the bed was delicious. The location was in the upscale center of Pest and in walking distance to attractions.

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

Able to see the complete monumental attractions in the city in 2 days. You shouldnt bother with staying longer than that.Overall dining experience is not great. A large percentage of sites, stores, and restaurants are closed on the weekend. So dont visit budapest on the weekend!

Le Meridian Budapest

A good hotel but perhaps too expensive for what it delivers. It's well located and the staff is friendly. However, nothing that you couldn't find at more reasonable price. Food is delicious and fresh, but then again priced at a gourmet level. The pool and spa is ridiculously small for a 5 star hotel. At the same time you are paying for an expensive room but they still have the courage to charge for Internet access. Overall a good experience based on its location and service.

In general our stay in "Le Meridien"

In general our stay in "Le Meridien" could be qualified between "good" and "very good". The temperature of the indoor swimming pool was too cold, therefore we only used the jacuzzi. What we didn' t know and what wasn' t clear was that breakfast was not included in the price. The price per person for the BF was 30 Euros; a bit over the top, considering the prices in other places. Overall, a positive assessment for this hotel (*****).
