Striking and unique hotel with premium location next to the Danube

Named after Budapest's famous Chain Bridge across the Danube River, the futuristic Lanchid 19 Hotel is certainly a novel looking building. The hotel's painted graphic façade, animated by the changing colors of lights, provides stunning varied images such as a diver or the feeling of waves. Inside, glass dominates the dramatic design, with the lobby's clear floor revealing the remains of a medieval water tower. The L19 restaurant and bar serve gastronomic cuisine in an originally designed setting with an outside terrace for summer dining.

Lanchid 19 Rooms

Featuring 45 individually designed minimalist rooms and three panorama suites; the Lanchid 19 Hotel offers visitors a wealth of choice, with smoking and non-smoking rooms. All rooms provide flat screen televisions with wireless keyboards for Internet access. Standard rooms offer double or twins beds with limited views of Buda Castle or the Danube. An upgrade to a superior room ensures a floor to ceiling window and balcony overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Buda Royal Castle. Deluxe rooms, on higher floors, provide panoramic views as well as painted glass panels in front of the windows that cast intriguing patterns when lit at night. Finally, the three Panorama Suites of the Lanchid 19 Hotel provide impressive space, overlooking the Danube or Buda Castle, with a separate living area, Jacuzzi, two televisions and an outside deck.

Toll !

Das Hotel liegt auf der Budaer Seite unmittelbar an der Donau, gegenüber dem Donaukorso, 200 m östlich der Kettenbrücke. Die Zimmer zur Donau sind zwar teurer, bieten aber einen traumhaften Blick. Den hat man auf der Burg-Seite nicht, aber dafür dort einen Balkon. Service, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit sind top - und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis excellent.

Hösök ter (Heldenplatz) - dort gibt`s Museen, dort gibt`s das Stadtwäldchen, dort gibt`s ein schönes Thermalbad mit Innen- und Außenbecken - und der 105er Bus fährt von der Haltestelle nahe dem Hotel direkt hin !
