OK

Location was good but overpriced for the size of the room and lack of hotel amenities. Ok if you only need a bed for a night. Staff were pleasant enough but weren't willing to go the extra mile. I asked for directions or suggestions on places to see or eat at a few times and always got very short, flat answers.

A Sicilian restaurant around the corner, I forget the name, was very nice and had good prices. (Under €15 for dinner and a drink)

Very good value for money

Classic, comfort, warm room. Good location, near vaci street and metro station. It would be nice to have internet access in the room, not just in the lobby of the hotel.

Convenient Hotel!

Hotel not new but room is clean. Walking distance to Old Town shopping around 15-20 minutes walk. Staffs are quite friendly, not zealous but willing to help.

Friends traveling abroad

This hotel is conveniently located near a bunch of good restaurants and going out places. It's also relatively close to the famous Great Market Hall. A couple of the staff members were at best lacking personality and at worst pretty rude, but it was only a couple and the rest of the staff was more helpful and accomodating. Overall, it was a good value and good location.

Awesome!

The hotel is centrally located, close to a subway stop and is within walking distance from many places of interest. The staff is very nice and efficient, they were very helpful when I had some problems with my computer and they did everything to help (and it did help!) The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. I keep their address to recommend them to everyone I know who wants to visit Budapest and since I intend to go back in the Spring season I'll definitely book again with them!

perfect for short stay

The hotel was easy to find when we arrived due it's great central location - it's a 2minute walk from the nearest metro station so you can pretty much get anywhere within the city relatively fast if you don't want to walk. The check in staff and door men were very polite and helpful when we had a problem with the TV. The room was big and clean with a desk and chair, another table and chair and a large wardrobe. The room was serviced every day. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. the only slight downside is that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but overall a great stay. would stay there again if returning to Budapest.

Great Trip, Great Value

We stayed a week, sightseeing and enjoying Budapest. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This hotel would be our first choice on a return visit and we are so satisfied that we would use one of their other hotels when traveling in other countries.

Sightseeing tip: In Hotel

Try a "hop on hop off" bus tour when you first get to the city. You can get a ticket from the front desk. With the tour you get 2 boat ride tickets on the Danube. It's wonderful at night.

A nice hotel very near main shopping

A nice hotel very near main shopping street (one underpass away). Friendly service. Didn't try the restaurant as I felt the price of the breakfast was a bit pricey - they offer a discount if you pre-pay for breakfast every day of your stay upon arrival - but there are plenty of cafés around where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
