- These are good basic 3* rooms and whilst not spectacular they are clean and cosy. All are en-suite and have satellite TV, internet access, mini-bar and telephone.

Surprisingly good and the cheapest option available
I stayed in Hotel Gloria for 3 nights with my wife. Before booking I read a few bad comments about room cleanliness, so I was a bit worried but the hotel was quite nice actually. Although the furniture was old but rooms were clean. The breakfast was also ok. The location is very good because it was just 5-7 mins walk from metro stop. The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Room check-out time was 11:30 am but I requested that my flight is at 7pm, so they allowed me to keep my luggage at reception without any fee. I could not have found a better hotel room in such a low price anywhere else. Overall I was very happy that I chose this hotel as I saved a lot of money and the hotel was not bad at all.

This hotel was a bit farther from central Budapest than expected, but the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay very pleasant. Staff were more than willing to provide directions to local attractions, to public transit, and they were forthcoming with recommendations of things to see and do in the city. The room itself was a good size, and adequately met our needs.

Hotel & kitchen staff VERY ACCOMMODATING! When we made it known to the hotel staff that we would be catching a flight before the hotel restaurant opened the next morning, the staff arranged for the kitchen to package a cold breakfast for us to take along en route to the airport!
