Good for a function
The amenities and service provided for the function my organization hosted were excellent and fit our needs quite well. The location isn't immediately in the vicinity of the major tourist attractions, but they're quite accessible via public transit.

Good for it's price.
Hotel must have been luxurious in the communist era. It has used furniture but is still clean and very good for the price. Location is about 10 min from the city center (by bus or tram). I'd gave 3 stars instead of 4. Swimming pool is clean and not crowded at all.

Not a nice hotel for a weekend
Not a nice hotel. They advertise that they have wireless broadband and internet in their hotel for free but the internet is provided by a third party company. They are misleading on this matter and also on others. I recommend not staying in this hotel during the period October - May.I will not stay in this hotel again.

Great location
The hotel was convenient to the tram stops and was in a pleasant location facing the park. Was 5 mins to city centre, and using the travel card for trams metro and buses was best way to get around. The staff were very helpful, and all had good english language. Perhaps food and drink a bit pricey but is a 4* hotel. The comments about air con in rooms not working by other US guests - the system did work well in our room but was not the excessive systems we've had in USA. We were glad we were not there previous weekend when temp was 38c though. we had 30/31c and some tremendous rainstorms. remember to take a brolly - although hotel did offer them to people to loan. Would thoroughly recommend and would go back again.

Bref bonne affaire!

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel

Schönes Hotel in gehobener Atmosphäre
Sehr guter Service.
