- The centrally located Baross Hotel, which has been fully refurbished in early 2008, is just a 1 minute walk form the international train station, Keleti palyaudvar. Moreover, the historical and cultural attractions, as well as the business and shopping centre are within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also enjoys an excellent transportation access.

Located in an interesting older
Located in an interesting older building with an inner courtyard, the rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is more than adequate, the service friendly and the price is relatively inexpensive. Location is a few 100 m from the Keleti railway station, bus lines and the metro.

great location for train commuter. the reconstruction of the street is producing dust and noise. great city to visit. I stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and we loved it. the breakfast menu was improved, large variety of meat, breads, sweets, etc.

Great choice near Keleti Train Station
This is a good hotel near Keleti (Eastern) Train Station. The price was very reasonable, the staff was pleasant, the place was spotless, the rooms were quiet, and the breakfast was adequate. Those looking for a nice local hotel and aren't high maintenance will be very pleased. Those looking for the four/five star Westernized chain experience will, as always, find something to complain about. The only downside at this hotel is that Baross Ter is under enormous construction due to the building of a new subway line, and the end appears nowhere in sight. This may explain why the price is so good, but all it means is that the square is an unpleasant sight, but those sorts of things don't bother me.
