Atrium Fashion Hotel Budapest

This is a very modern hotel. The decor of the common spaces is beautiful and the pendulum clock is intriguing. The room as well furnished with adequate space, good wi-fi access, comfortable pillows and linens, air conditioned, and quiet with a modern bathroom. The hotel is a few miles from the river, however, there is good public transportation within a block of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice with good variety of hot and cold items. The staff also recommended the Firkase restaurant...excellent Hungarian food (try the veal paprikash and the "floating Hungarian islands for dessert), friendly staff, and wonderful piano music. Only suggestion: if you have any mobility problems, ask for a handicapped bathroom. The tub was a bit high and difficult to get into for a shower.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast, excellent choice of food, location superb, a short walk to trams #4 and 6 and to the metro. Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful. room very well equipped, tea/coffee making facilities, safe for valuables, great shower. Complimentary tea/coffee in lounge all day. The only draw-back was that the room window could not be opened and faced onto the atrium making it very hot and not too bright. Look for one of the external rooms if possible! Not too many of them. Will definitley go back! Spa entry included in package also. Nice touch for the cold winter days.

Good breakfasts, coffee and juice available all day. Front desk personnel offered good tips for restaurants.and local pubs. This side street is not appealing, but just one block to metro and coffee shops. No courtyard or bench for smokers. Good value.in a crisply new space.

The rooms were excellent, it is close to downtown, subway, tram & bus and has excellent local restaurants. The breakfast was also excellent, good variety and fresh.

A very beautiful hotel located at heart of the city. Very close to the metro and in walking distance from the shopping area. We had the opportunity to move around in convenience for sightseeing and shopping. Very clean and quite hotel, with a rich buffet for breakfast, free wireless internet in the room, and very polite and helpfull personel, either at the reception desk or the cleaning staff. Having travelled to dozens of countries and stayed at numerous hotel accordingly, we would rate Atrium at the top ten of all.

The Atrium Fashion Hotel was ideally located for us as it was close to the train station. It was also an easy walk from the main parts of Budapest. As we enjoy walking and looking into all the shops we found it ideal. The hotel was great, although small. The staff we wonderful but the breakfast, although adequate was a bit boring after 5 days.

Room was small compared with others on our trip. Parking was 21euro per day and was off site. Could not pay for parking at Hotel. Machine will only take florints.

Very good hotel, very hospitable, excellent room and bathroom, room could be better lit but excellent stay otherwise.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Rooms are tidy and nice. Location is good, most places are within walking distance or reachable with nearby metro.

Near metro station, Good service, breakfast good.
