It is a brand new hotel with reasonable price and excellent location. Rooms have been decorated fashionably, even though the fornt desk is tiny. if you're lucky, you could even see Victoria harbour from where you stay.

I stayed in a delux room. It was surprizingly large and spacious and clean and well appointed. Great value for money compared to many of the other places I have stayed in this area.

For my Hong Kong in March, I learnt
For my Hong Kong in March, I learnt from my research one has to pay a lot more for a big room. I am not exactly a budget or luxury traveller. I try to save where I can. So I was at Butterfly at Morrison in March - Good location BUT SUPER squeezy, even the bathroom. My recent trip in early August, I was at WIFI. I was skeptical even after looking at the room photos from the werbsites. But when I stepped into the room, I was so surprised at how big it is, so much space for luggage and to move around. The bathroom is big enough for at least 4 people. Location is great, very central but not on a busy and noisy street. 10 minutes max walk to Causeway Bay MTR and other shopping areas. Staff is efficient and friendly. Some renovations were going on at the hotel but all the time we were in the room, we did not hear anything. You will only see the construction workers at the lobby. It was a really pleasant stay. I will definitely go back there if I am in Hong Kong. I LIKE!!

Quick stay
I picked this hotel as it was quite central to the shops and the MTR so I could travel about easily and also was reasonably priced compared to the other hotel rates in the same area. I found out when I got there that floors 1 to 4 internal construction had not been completed and were being worked on. I was grateful though that the construction work started at 11am and finished for the day in the afternoon, so construction noise was not an issue. The lifts were shared with guests and construction workers and their equipment. The room I had was small but adequate. I found the air conditioning was extremely noisy. There were no extras such as a stocked 'bar' in the room. It did have a kettle and a microwave oven that was on a very high shelf, so unless you were tall, you may have trouble using it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The internet access was free, and wireless however I could only receive email but not send email like I could at all the other hotels I've stayed at. The hotel staff did not go out of their way to be helpful. There was no escort to the room when I checked in.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
Lockhart Road near Central end has some entertaining night life with the many bars around. This is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel on the same road.

2nd Time I have stayed at this
2nd Time I have stayed at this hotel and again found everything to be pretty good. Although they have no facilities other than the rooms themselves the standard is all you could ask for in this class of hotel, with the staff friendly and helpful Will stay again if back in Hong Kong

This is a pretty bare bones business
This is a pretty bare bones business type hotel, with small rooms meant for sleeping and not much else. But it's new and clean, it's got excellent internet hook-up options, there's a DVD player with a big, flatscreen t.v., and the bed is comfy. There was construction going on on some lower floors while I was there, so maybe they've got more amenities planned, but at the moment there's nothing else there but a check-in desk and the rooms. They do provide a discount coupon for a near-by restaurant, however. And it's a very short walk to the Causeway Bay area, and just a little bit longer walk to Wan Chai and the Convention Center so there's plenty to do. Thought it was a tad high in price considering the lack of hotel facilities, but I will stay there again.
