Very caring staff
The location and price were really the highlight of this hotel. It has a lovely lobby and the room was fine. What really blew us away was our last day when my husband was feeling ill and our flight wasn't until 11pm. The frontdesk staff was very concerned and got the manager who was so helpful. She let us have an extra late check-out time of 6pm. Those hours of extra rest saved his long travel day. The staff at the Wharney Guang Dong, HongKong is the best!!

Wan Chai is the 'red light district'
Wan Chai is the 'red light district' with a strip of girly bars, but its slowly getting cleaned up with the opening of new cool bars and restaurants. The hotel is in a great location- walking distance to bars and great restaurants, 7-11 and a chemist near by and 3 mins to the MTR. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with a great gym and pool, and the staff were really helpful. For the price and location I would definately stay again.

Hotel was good value for price
Hotel was good value for price and good location, train station close by and free shuttle bus from Central station to hotel. Edge of Red light district but area felt safe at night and locals friendly.

It was so nice location specially
It was so nice location specially just a walk distance to Hong Kong fair, as in the heart of the night life many pubs and restaurants,there is a small Thai food restaurant in front of the hotel have great food in reasonable price, room was small but comfortable but noisy.
