The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers Hong Kong

This hotel has become a staple for me now in HK and for the money, just doesn't get better when you're on your way to the mainland.

This hotel has seen considerable renovation and improvement in the past year and this was a very pleasant trip. I use this hotel often for the convenience to the ferry terminal [same building] and have had both, good and marginal experiences over he past 7 stays. In this case, I enjoyed one of the new rooms with great pleasure as I feel it easily rivals 5 star hotels in the same area at much higher rates.

Very friendly staff all over. Very helpful too. The location is convenient to shopping and dinning.

Very nice hotel, very nice people, I would gladly stay there again, but there are some better values out there as far as the amount spent, however this isn;t bad and I will come back.

I thought i read this hotel had 4.1 stars. Never mind the small size and age of the rooms. The worst was the dirt, rust and shabbines of the toilet and bath, trash can, floor, and ceiling. We were uncomfortable. We were taught a lesson not to stay there again.

Not bad but not what i expected. It's everything you would expect from the hotel however it's not free shuttle from Hotel to airport and they charge alot for everything. even the breakfast costs. I expected free shuttle like more places i travel and free breakfast like any hotel. the rooms shown are not like the one i got. The room was alot smaller then i expected but other then that everything was great. There is a mcdonalds about 2 blocks away and alot of chinese food places and stores all around.

The hotel is in a geat location. We ate at the Pier Side Cafe each morning located in the hotel. Very affordable and good food. A great way to start the day! Our room was clean and comfortable. Our view was not that great, but we were never in the room that much anyway. Hong Kong was delightful and I would go again.

The Royal Pacific Hotel in Hong Kong has been undergoing a renovation the last few years. In the hotel section the rooms have been updated and are now very fresh and clean. The internet and TV have been updated and provide good service for business travellers. The rooms are small so expect a New York City type of space. Other larger suites are available at the corresponding rates. The location just beside Harbour City offers World Class shopping and a wide variety of dining choices. Travelling to and from various attractions in Hong Kong is simple with the Airport Express, MTR, and Start Ferry only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The China Ferry Terminal to Macau and China is just down stairs. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant with a wide selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room Service is efficient and courteous. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. If you book on-line you typically get a rate that is very competitive in Hong Kong. The Royal Pacific is a good choice for a medium price-range hotel in Hong Kong.

In the midst of a great area. Stayed in the towers and had a view of the city. Within waking distance to shops, restaurants, harbor, etc.

LOCATION is a great, near metro station, next to the kowloon park. The staff is very nice, helpful, friendly. the room is small but enough for a very nice night's rest, or days, if you went out partying the night before. the only problem in my room was the bathroom floor that was misplaced, and there was no replacement of soap, other than that, an awesome hotel.
