Brilliant hotel
Excellent hotel. Clean, well looked after room. Staff were impeccably dressed and polite. Ideally situated for MTR station and shops. The area is totally safe at night, as I gather all Hong Kong is. Giant Buddha is worth a visit, as is Disneyland and the view from the peak. Thought [...]nice as well.

Excellent, def recommended!!!
I was traveling alone for business. Location right in the center, Tsim Sha Tsui. Excellent service, helpful staff with great service attitude! Room was very clean and big enough. Gym was also very nice. The only minus was the laundry service - I had to return silk shirts for re-washing because they weren't clean. This was handled very well and at check-out the manager came to apologize for this and to make sure the cleaning was done well this time. In short - Love it!

Excuisite Langham
Outstanding service, great location and decor -one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The hotel is quite pricey though, and they charge up on extras such as wifi with sky-high rates - this was the only down-side.

Cosy, friendly and bit intimate hotel, although all hotels are the same in a way, due to decoration and lobby structure you feel at home and not the feeling your in some kind of 'factory hotel'. You get relaxed feeling from it which is important I think. Hotel aim is the old Shanghai grandeur feeling and they do ok. Next door to international flagship brand stores and MTR is close by as well, not to forget the Star Ferry etc. Negatively; as most hotels you get overcharged for internet. When they learn...

In the centre of action. 2 mins walk to Nathan Road/Habour City/Ferries/Trains/Mc Donalds ! Staff very pleasant and helpful. We upgraded to one of the newly refurb rooms which was genuine 4 Star.

Excellent in everyway. Only thing was the actual toilet could have been cleaned better (bit smelly) as it was not up the standard of the rest of the hotel. Shower too cold be better (little bits of grime which should easily have been detected and cleaned sooner) but other than that its a real value for money 5 star hotel with marble bathrooms etc.... Check-in could have been less abrupt initially from the receptionist as he rished trhu his sentanceas and seemed incredulous at the cheap rate we booked under and had to check with the manager rather than being aware that it was thru HotelClub etc.....but overall if the same discounted rates were available we would stay there without hesitation as its a classy hotel and very comfy with nice large rooms in a fab location. Foyer staff etc were great...nice scent too and great resturant and pool.
