Dont bother about the club floor
Recommend the hotel however not the Harbour Club (executive) floor as rooms and club lounge are built not to western standards of size and very cramped. The actual club lounge is very small with 7 tables to is usually always full and cocktails are in the only bar of the hotel which again is always over crowded. No need to waste your money on the club floor - not worth it. The actual service from individual staff is wonderful and location is great.

The only positive experience that
The only positive experience that I have had with staying in this hotel is that their location is really very convenient, located in the tourist area in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The rest are mostly negatives like the noisy renovation on the 16th floor, the room and its facilities are kind of old and very small. Despite of the very expensive rate we paid, the internet inside the room cost so much for a day, HK$120.

Stayed for 2 nights over the May
Stayed for 2 nights over the May Day holidays. For the price we paid, apart from the good location everything was lousy. My husband didn't have his laptop as it was a short flight and was told to pay abt HK$50 for 1st 15 mins if he wanted to check his emails. Didn't know how to treat guests even tho we were repeat customers. When we were in [other hotel] in Macau, guests were given free access to internet at business centre for 15 mins.

Great Location
Highlight of this hotel is the location - near Peninsula, MTR and Harbor City/Ocean Terminal! Rooms extremely small for 2 persons. Also beware, they charge internet access fee PER UNIT - so if you're connecting cel phone and laptop it's a double charge! (Never experienced that before!) Staff helpful. Bustling/noisy lobby and never enough seats to meet/greet people...

Crash Pad
A good hotel for business execs seeking a Crash Pad; the rooms are small, not meant for R and R, but it is located in a convenient spot near Ocean Terminal and other large luxury hotels nearby. The Cafe is terribly expensive and we did not try the buffet which is pricey for family budgets, as are most hotels in Hong Kong. The personnel at the Kowloon Hotel are very helpful and do their best in a crowded situation. Internet services cost US$19.00 for 24 hours with lower rates for short hourly usage.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
For upscale dining, try the Peninsula lobby with a nice menu which is more affordable than their upstairs restaurants and is open for dining until 10:30 p.m. During the day, they serve breakfast, lunch and a renown tea service in the afternoon.

Rooms too small!
The hotel staff is great, the location is amazing if you are planning to take public transportation but the rooms were simply way too small. I felt like i was in a prison cell the entire time. Plus, the bathroom doors are too small for the frame which makes it awkward if you are traveling with friends.
