Harbour club rooms and suites also enjoy complimentary in-room Wi-Fi. A buffet breakfast fortifies guests for the day ahead, while the Cantonese and dim sum restaurant, Loong Yat Heen, provides a venue for business meals in private dining rooms. Though the hotel does not have a fitness center or pool, complimentary shuttle service transports guests to a sister property in Hung Hom which has both (fees apply).

Excellent Position

This Hotel's Harbour Club floor is particalarly good value for money with ii's own check in/out and cocktails/canapes etc. All guestrooms small with limited storage space and little room for luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet beakfast is generous and fresh. It is difficult to imagine a better situated hotel for visiting HK as it is directly above the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station and three minutes walk from Star Ferry and on the A21 airport bus route ( much cheaper that thr train)

Hong Kong iinitial visit.

Rooms a bit small, but that is China for any room we found under $500 US. An fine hotel, we will return both to Honk Kong and to the Kowloon Hotel, Nathan Road.

Crash Pad

A good hotel for business execs seeking a Crash Pad; the rooms are small, not meant for R and R, but it is located in a convenient spot near Ocean Terminal and other large luxury hotels nearby. The Cafe is terribly expensive and we did not try the buffet which is pricey for family budgets, as are most hotels in Hong Kong. The personnel at the Kowloon Hotel are very helpful and do their best in a crowded situation. Internet services cost US$19.00 for 24 hours with lower rates for short hourly usage.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

For upscale dining, try the Peninsula lobby with a nice menu which is more affordable than their upstairs restaurants and is open for dining until 10:30 p.m. During the day, they serve breakfast, lunch and a renown tea service in the afternoon.

Great Location

Highlight of this hotel is the location - near Peninsula, MTR and Harbor City/Ocean Terminal! Rooms extremely small for 2 persons. Also beware, they charge internet access fee PER UNIT - so if you're connecting cel phone and laptop it's a double charge! (Never experienced that before!) Staff helpful. Bustling/noisy lobby and never enough seats to meet/greet people...

Partial Harbor View

Good partial harbor view between two waterfront hotels, lighting Samsung's "Welcome" & "Symphony of Lights" in front of you if too tired to walk to waterfront for unblocked view. Location is very convenient to MTR stations & major roads, attractions, museums, both the Star Ferry & Ocean City/Terminal including assorted eateries, supermarkets & shopping all around the hotel. High volume, superior room & very helpful staff.

Locals use the International Market(staircase to downstairs) across the street from "The Market" at the I-Shopping Ctr, eg. Whole Foods/Gelsons on Peking Rd.

great location but room a little cramped

its a great location with less than 2 minutes walk to the MTR station and shopping literally just outside the Hotel. In the heart of the shopping Tsimshatsui area, it is very convenient. A short 10 minutes walk is the Star Ferry where you can go to Hongkong Island via a short ferry ride across the harbor. Except for the rather cramped room, everything else is excellent.
