The only good thing is the location. It was quite expensive for what they offer. If you have heavy luggage you have to struggle up to the second floor to get to the elevator, and will not get any help. The reception isn't too friendly.

Over all, is OK!!!
This hotel is less than 30 mins from the airport by taxi. The bad thing is that there is no lift from the street to the first floor. Lifts start from the first floor. And no bell boy to help if you need one. The flooring has no carpet, the room and the bath room is a bit uncomfortable. But, the location is super great, close to just about anything. We didn't have to take any buses, mrt nor taxi. The 3 of us just traveled by foot all along Tsim Sha Tsui / Nathan Rd. We've managed to walk from one end to the other end a little at a time for 3 days, and lots of shoppings. We also came across a very intresting museum, a about 25 mins walk from the hotel. Also was able to walk to the Avenue Of Stars, another about 25 mins walk from the hotel. At night you can also see the spectacular skyscrapers lightings in Hong Kong Island. Also a 7 mins night walk to the flea market. No need to get hunger, plenty of restuarants close by the hotel. Seems like people don't have to sleep on Nathan Rd. The Road is busy 24 hrs a day!!!

Very Bad.Receptionist CECI & I
Very Bad.Receptionist CECI & IRIS.Talking very rudely to the customers. Inspite of our request for late check out she (IRIS ) shouted on us and asked to leave the hotel 1 hour before the requested time.

No lift from street to lobby,
No lift from street to lobby, need to claim staircase from street to 1st floor, not good for elder and baby. Room door closing is very loud for unconsiderate guest. Should improve the door's spring to let the door close slowly. Other than the above 2, every thing is Good. The room is clean, the towel is contained in sealed plastic bag, the shower is excellent except it is a bit small

การเดินทางสะดวก ใกล้MRT ห้องเล
การเดินทางสะดวก ใกล้MRT ห้องเล็กกระทัดรัด สะอาดดี ล็อบบี้อยู่ชั้นสองต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดเอง ทางขึ้นไม่กว้างมาก หากนำกระเป๋าใหญ่ไปคงลำบาก บริการดี ลิฟท์มีสะดุดเล็กน้อย เวลาขึ้นลงกระตุก แต่ไม่มาก พอรับได้ เป็นโรงแรมไม่ใหม่มาก แต่ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ โดยรวมใช้ได้
