Friendly and helpful staff and convenient location make it easy for travelers to rest easy knowing their early morning flights are a short walk away. Other highlights include indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to airport terminal shopping and dining.

Great Location for Overnight Layover

We spent one night after a long flight across the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is the only one that you can JUST WALK to from the airport (though a hall way). Clean and comfortable to relax. Another good thing about the hotel is that they allow you to store your luggage (after check-out) for 7 days for free (min price per night afterwards), which worked for our week-long India round trip from HKG. We definitely will stay in the same hotel next time. One drawback (to smell sensitive people like me) is that they spray strong descentilizer in the lobby.

It was nice overnight stay

Great location, you don't have to leave the airport to get to the Hotel, very convenient. I did have to pay for wifi but it was not a lot. I ordered room service and the food was good. I only spend a night there service was fine.

Layover Short Stay

For that kind of money paid, you would expect to have free wi-fi in your room. They charge you quite a bit of money for wi-fi that is essentially free every where in the world. If it was not for the location, I would not have chosen this hotel. The rooms are decent.

solo layover in airport

great location if you are over night in the airport, 5 min walk to the hotel. Wi-Fi only in lobby, totally sucks, its 2015, and how much does it cost? the room itself isn't that cheap either. I would recommend this only if you need to stay in the airport, No restaurants nearby, which is crazy due to HK

Best location

Hotel is connected to HK Airport terminal a short 5 min walk after exiting Customs. Staff was accommodating, allowing check out to be delayed closer to departure flight time. Bus S1, located just outside of the hotel, takes me to Citygate for a cable car ride to Big Buddha and Po Lin Monastery. We took Bus 23 from Citygate to Big Buddha, and return via Cable car. Many places to eat at Citygate. Because of the location of the hotel and bus services, we managed to see HK in a day.
