Right in the middle of Causeway Bay's vibrant city bustle, the Park Lane Hotel is a great deal for visitors looking to shop and then shop some more. Rooms are comfortable and spacious by Hong Kong standards, many with views of Victoria Park or the harbor. Sogo department store and Times Square lie within steps of the hotel. The Causeway Bay MTR station is a very short walk from the hotel, affording easy access to all of Hong Kong.

The staffs were very helpfull and friendly. The hotel should have railway for people with children and handicap. I recommend my other family for this coming holiday, September to stay in this Hotel. Wish you all the best in serving all the guests and becoming the best hotel in Hongkong

Not so good experience in staying this hotel, service is slow & no connection between front desk & luggage service, wait about 20 min. at least waiting for room luggage delivery. May be their business s too good to provide proper services. Not suggest to stay if you have other choices.

Accommodation, facilities and location were very good. The fact that only one breakfast was included in the pricing was initially disappointing but understandable. However, Cafe One permitted pre-use of a day's voucher, so that two people could breakfast together every two days. This worked well, since an excellent, international buffet breakfast EVERY day can be too much of a good thing.

great location, close to MTR (2
great location, close to MTR (2 mins), the tram to Central, supermarket, Victoria Park, Times Square. The upgrade to Club Floors is a bonus at HKD400/night. We have stayed in various hotels in several locations on HK Island and always return to the Park Lane. Prices with the down turn make this hotel very affordable.

部屋がアップグレードされ、パークビューの部屋になったので大変快適でした。チェックイン時並んでいる人の割にフロントの人の数が少なく若干待ち時間が長かったのがマイナス点ですが、総合的に見てお勧めできるホテルです。
