Lan Kwai Fong Hotel
+Central to water front docks, shopping centers, food restaurants, etc. Taxi rides are cheap. Staff friendly but sometimes hard to understand. The in house wireless needs improvement and there are no toilet facilites on the property except in your room. There is no waiting room or lounge chairs by the front desk except on the 4th floor. The neighborhood is old and a bit dirty but location and value are good.

"Leung" for dim sum. (3) minute walk from hotel..Too noisy, have to go and chase the cart pushers to get your dim sum, and anyone can sit with you. Ask front desk folks....got several really good reco's on other dim sum restaurants.

Decent. Great location
Fantastic location, just on the edge of Sheung Wan still convenient to Central. Those of you who want to go everywhere by cab will have a bit of a tough time since it's an alley at the end of a one-way maze, but it's a walker's paradise into Central and the street markets. Nice, tiny rooms. Service at the desk is awful, officious, and aggressive (so authentically Hong Kong!). All views are great as long as you above, say, the 20th floor.

Good Location, small room
My overall experience at this hotel was good. I had stayed at the InterContinental across the harbor a few times. The rooms are much smaller, not comfortable for more than 1 maybe 2 people, but considerably better location. Especially for someone who wants to go out and have fun. Other than that i have no complaints.

Good things come in small packages
Ignore previous reviews giving out about the small size of the Hotel. This is an excellent location central to everything. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and efficient. Yes the room is small, but its clean and functional. I'm over 6 foot and I managed fine. You are close to the subway and the main night club area. I would definatley stay here again

Super Hotel Centrally located Good value
The rooms were small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and any small items needed were supplied. The hotel has one of the best restaurants in the area. As with all good restaurants in this area, food is a bit pricey. Transportation cost is minimal at best with local taxi fares usually being less than 2 or 3 dollars. Shopping near the hotel (ShangHai Tang)is expensive and a person would need to look for best values elsewhere. I highly recommend this hotel.
