When I first got into a room on the 7th floor, I was almost threw up. There was a hug window, but what I saw was only an old dirty apartment across the street and smelled so bad! The apartment was higher than the 7th floor, so there was no view
but the moldy walls of the apartment!! I immediately called a front desk and requested a room change. They asked me to stay in the room until they send someone to bring a key of a new room. It took almost half a hour to get another room.
The new room was on the 15th floor and partially had a water view, but I could still see old dirty buildings. I tried not to look down from the window...
A small room with a small shower(no tub.) The hotel entrance is not gorgeous at all. I can't believe this is a 4 star hotel. It was a waste of money.
Located in Kowloon, the views from this hotel are amazing overlooking HK harbor. Just steps to Nathan Road and everything going on including restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value for $$ considering hotels are not
cheap in HK. Room was on the 36th floor in the Executive Club which had a private entrance/check-in. Paid a little more, but it was worth it every cent.
Efficient and friendly check-in, good breakfast selection and the Rhombus lounge was an added bonus based on the reasonable room rate for the Harbour View deal.
Rooms are small but adequate with a full facilities and a stunning view.
Excellent location, wonderful staff, wifi in lobby only
Paid very high price due to show. During evening hours avoid lobby as very bad food smells entire lobby due to open food area in lobby. Breakfast is excellent though expensive even after 20% discount. Currency conversion is expensive.
excellent everything but bit over value
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
4 minutes walking used can be exchanged at 7.75 in Chung King Mansion. Be extra careful as street sells almost new electronics as new. ALWAYS NEGOTIATE ON STREET AT 30%.
