Small rooms but absolutely fine
Small rooms but absolutely fine for a short trip. Clean hotel. Breakfast expensive $160HK if you don't book B&B. Excellent location and would stay again. Internet costs extra and mini bar expensive

Empire Hotel is clean, well equipped
Empire Hotel is clean, well equipped with satisfying service. Who likes to enjoy the night life is in the real heart of it in Hong Kong. I can recommend it.

The service was great until I
The service was great until I ordered ice for the room, it took at least an hour EVERY time. Couldn't use the iron because it was checked out by another room and they haven't returned it..big hotel and 1 iron?

The non smoking room is very s
The non smoking room is very small. Check in resveration staff had difficulty understanding the Hotel Club booking, with respect to bedding choice. House keeping did not check daily the coffee/ tea provisions. The room key card was not easily read in the lifts. i noticed that other customers were having the same problem.

Perfect location with great price
I was there just for travelling. This hotel is located in Wan Chai that is very convenient. It's close to convention center, metro station and bus stop.

Rooms are very small, but have everything you need for a short stay. As long as the hotel just need to purpose for a place to sleep it is a good place, if you need to spend time in your room I would not stay at the Empire.
