我是訂3晚第1晚住302(像工人房冷氣冰箱都會發出低頻噪音)房內竟然有跳蚤(咬得我手腳都紅癢)隔天一早7點向櫃台反應有跳蚤以及將手上被咬的苞(捉破皮)櫃台人員就說換1間房給我換到304..但是還是有跳蚤咬我...雙人床很小(像是單人加大且身高172就頂腳(牆璧))旁邊再有1張單人床..那3晚我和先生是分2床睡..因為真的不好睡^^"

極差的一家酒店, 當日的跟朋友在網上訂了一間雙人床的房間, 晚上12時左右到達, 酒店職員說沒有房給我們 !!! 說我們太遲定房!?說沒有我們的訂房資料, 他所有雙人床的房間己出租(我們即時再到 hotelclub 看,仍顯示有5間雙人床及6間單人床的房) 我們問他可否用2張單人床併在一起. 他說不可以. 當時擾攘了15-30mins! 己經是子夜12:15am了, 我倆怎麼辨!? 職員原本還不想為我們安排.說我們沒有完全付款 (痴線的,hotelclub 己在我的信用咭扣了訂金 !!) 直到我跟他吵鬧後,他才致電其他分店查問有沒有房間. 問了3家後都沒有房, 職員又不想再問. 我叫他所有分店都問一次, 他才找到房. 因為己經太夜了, 沒有公共交通工具, 他叫我們自費搭的士到另一間分店 !!! 真的太過份了 !! 我在hotelclub 訂房超過20次, 都只是第一次發生這麼 不能接受的事情. 他們的系統極為混亂, 大家要小心訂了房間,付款了 都可能沒有房.小心小心!! 我一定不會推介朋友去這家店.

我們住的那間,進去時發現一個用過的衛生紙沒有整理到,住了三天
我們住的那間,進去時發現一個用過的衛生紙沒有整理到,住了三天,打掃的人也沒有掃到..不過大致上OK,不過走到地鐵站需要11-14分鐘吧

The room is too small for me. Trust me. it's very very small. You can reach the bed when you open the door.
