Good location for the price

Considering how expensive Hong Kong hotels can be, this one is good for the price and location. Very small rooms, but I was only there to sleep. TV reception wasn't the best, but I had free internet in my room so that was OK. Short walk to subway for easy commuting around Hong Kong.

Short stay in Hong Kong

I came back to the hotel to rest at night only. It was a good bargain. The room was clean and comfortable.

good for overnight, but too small

The room was clean, but waaay too small. There was not enough room for me to even walk between the beds straight, I had to stand sideways. Good for an overnight, though.

Bridal Tea House - TKT

This hotel is best used as a place to stay if you don't plan on being in the room much. The room is small but has good air conditioning and everything that you would need to get cleaned up and have a nice night of sleep. Any lower in price range and you will probably be in a hostel with curfews and shared accommodations. Also, this place is about a 10 min walk from the Olympic station (Exit C1) and 30 min train ride from the airport. 30 mins to get to LKF on the Hong Kong side.

Very small, but very clean!

We liked the room, even though it was very small. We kind of knew this before we got there, so it was not a surprise. The room was clean and the staff was very nice, especially the young woman at reception. The location of the hotel is a little bit off the beaten path, but that was ok as it was quiet at night and It made for a good nights sleep. It was only a 10 minute walk to Nathan Road (The main drag in Kowloon). Overall, we liked it and would stay there again!!

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Get off of Nathan Road onto the side streets. The prices are better and it's more fun!!

Affordable Vacation

The bus stop, the small market with fresh fruits and bakery are in the close vicinity of the hotel. The subway train station, larger shopping malls and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. If you don't mind walking, the Kowloon shopping district is only 20-30 minutes away. The hotel room is small but clean; the staff are friendly. A small buffet restaurant is inside the hotel; not many varieties of food to choose but the price of HK$22 is reasonable for those who want to have a meal in a hurry. The foods outside may taste better though.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

There are numerous good Chinese restaurants in Kowloon; some have dinner dance (contemporary international ballroom dance music) with reasonable minimun charge. You need to have your own dance partner though. If you like Japanese foods, try Tokoro restaurant & bar. It is excellent.
