The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. make sure you have a copy of your reservation confirmation to ease check in. If you also need Ice you need to call room service and have it delivered at no charge. All in all the hotel is beautiful and has great amenities. The only issue I had didn't involve the hotel, because I visited on Good Friday everything in town was closed.

Nice and confortable
Good value, since it is 50% less than the top hotels in Tegucigalpa and does not lack any essentials of a good hotel. It feels new and the rooms are very clean and neat. To be perfect, the staff, though very friendy, could be a bit more efficient (long waiting time to get a room, wake up call 20 min late..., supposedly free tranfer from airport was departing two hour later than my flight arrival...), the swimming pool a bit bigger, and the weekend weddings a bit less noisy..., and more fruit variety for breakfast... Enjoy!

great hotel, and nice people!
good situation on the city. nice rooms and really good atention from the personal. Is my 7th time and is always perfect. The food is good and fresh and the facilities are enough and well mainteined.

good hotel
On a business trip. Hotel well situated for business addresses. I really do not like being charged extra for wi-fi service. Include it in the room price and be done with it.

One should not have to pay more than 100 lempiras or $5 (USD) for any taxi service. Be sure to negosiate your taxi price up front BEFORE you get into the taxi carro.
