Less impressed this time, last time I stayed here the service was much better. While it's definitely one of the best hotels in Guatemala, I can't stand the "nickel-and-diming" they pull here: ie no free wifi no free breakfast, and when I asked them to bring me a small tube of toothpaste they charged me $10!!
