Small and cosy, your best option when visiting guatemala for business or pleasure, Hotel Biltmore Express will meet all your need and make you feel right at home.

Comfortable stay
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to the airport. Free airport shuttle (but from the hotel to the airport, it runs only until 3PM, which is ridiculous!), pool, working WiFi, complimentary breakfast, room service, helpful staff.

Nice Trip in Guatemala
Spent 4 days in Guatemala city, and had to work during that time. Spent a lot of time in the hotel, mostly in my room, and it was a nice environment to work in. Internet speeds, for the most part, were quite good. At times I saw 10-15mbps upload/download speed. Room service was very prompt, and moderately priced. Although, the choice of restaurants nearly, and in the hotel, made for a good dining experience. Overall, a great place to stay.

breakfast is continental, pastries and fruit. ´net is 10 US per day... was hoping for more. Staff very friendly and helpful. local calls very expensive

Perfect location for business short term stay
The recetionist was polit and helpful, the room was poorly maintened, no hot water at night.
