A great place for family
The Grand Tikal was a beautiful hotel with a welcoming staff. The staff in the concierge lounge was especially helpful. The suite was comfortable with plenty of room for our daughter to play. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large and clean as well. The food from room service was always delicious and promptly delivered. We really enjoyed our staff at the hotel.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
The mall attached to the hotel has lots to choose from... lunch selections to beautiful clothing stores. It was very convenient to not even step outside when raining
