Dissappointing TV
Only stayed one night. The food was good. Nice suite layout, but the 17 inch televisions was a disappointment.

Unbeatable location for the price
everything was great exept for the check in. it was a business trip but me and my partners had to wait for about 2 hours just for the check in.

Fantastic Staff, Rooms and Food
The Clarion Suites Guatemala City was fantastic. We upgraded to a Junior Executive Suite, which was beautiful with amazing views. The staff was top notch and the overall service was perfect. The hotel restaurant is beautiful with a water fall and fantastic food. We will always return to this hotel when we are in Guatemala City. The surrounding area was very safe and enjoyable as well.
