Excellent value
Reception advice was accurate and polite. They were very flexible when we asked for a time extension beyond the normal noon checkout: free up to 3pm or US$61 inc. tax up to 10 pm. Room (#116) was excellent. There is some noise from other guests leaving or entering, but this is a hotel converted from a mansion. Breakfast (included) was a reasonable, but not outstanding buffet. Overall, a superb value considering the hotel itself and the best location in Guatemala City for safety, entertainment, and health (Centro Medico).
