Comfortable but very average
I did not have a very good experience. The location from the airport was good and the staff made it possile for me to be picked up by the shuttle late at night. I was told by staff of the two restaurants in the hotel. Looking forward to the one, but it was closed the entire time. The Good & Curry one was very nice! Had problems with the air conditioning; had to be moved to another room half way through stay. Internet was always booting me. Hotel had no maps of the area and I never could find anyone at the car rental desk; had to call out for a car. Room key card malfunctioned. Power went off several times,

Day Trip
Ramada has been very responsive to my travel needs where the check-in and check-out hours are outside of the conventional due to flight schedules to Palau. As long as they continue to accomodate this need with the level expected of a Ramada, no worries.

What they sell is a shuttle service to/from hotel
We employed the hotel during an overnight layover. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Arrival check in was efficient. Problems arose when it was time for their shuttle bus to return us to the airport. Even though we schedule the bus the night prior and called the front desk 30+ minutes in advance to confirm, their shuttle bus was unavailable and the hotel's front desk clerk was at first inert--no movement whatsoever--and then inconsistent with respect to when it would be available. We had to ask a hotel guest for a ride (but while he was preparing his vehicle the shuttle bus finally arrived). [To that guest: thank you for your heroics; sorry we couldn't thank you more appropriately.] To us this hotel sells a shuttle service to and from a bed. They failed in ttheir part of the bargain.

Okay, in General
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my need for a late check out. However, there were other problems that I encountered. 1. When I entered my room, I found that there were no towels. I called for the towels. They came, but not the complete set that they usually place in the room. 2. I arranged at check in for a late check out. However, when I returned to my room after the regular check out time, my key would not open my room. I had to go down to the registration desk to fix the problem. 3. My daughter was expecting to deliver a child anytime. I was expecting a message from my wife to tell me when my daughter delivered and if my daughter and grandchild were okay. I did not get my wife's message to call her until I checked out. There was no blinking red light on the phone, nor was there any other kind of notice that I had a message.

coulda been better
Pros: free shuttle back and forth to the Airport and the Duty Free Shop (DFS) except for tip. LCD TV and all the channels with nothing to watch. great price. Convenience store in the building. 2 restaurants on the lobby floor. FREE internet wi-fi or two computers (when available) are downstairs too. 2 washing machines and 3 dryers. Everyone was friendly. Cons: ants, at least 10 and 2 cockroaches.....but they might have been the same one. if I had known there was a convenience store with WAY better prices, I would have been better prepared. was promised "Attractive room with 2 queen beds standard amenities nonsmoking great value for business leisure travel". The second Queen was a sofabed! rooms were tiny. not nearly enough hangers. room service did not do anything but make the beds and change out the towels...absolutely no cleaning was done. Steak restaurant was WAY overpriced. 2 out of 3 dryers worked, and one of the working ones sounded like it was on its last leg. no real amenites in the bathroom and not even an outlet for a hair dryer. location was kinda away from the main part. The Outrigger Hotel was in the perfect spot but you pay for that. phone calls are 75 cents each, but there is a free phone in the PC room that I was not told about.

get to the DFS and get a week pass or a car rental. much cheaper than buying a ticket for a bus each time you get on.

I stayed 6 nites during which time I was working each day as a contractor for US Navy. Comlimentary buffet breakfast, nice room. Only suggestion is to add coffee to room. You have a coffee maker. for us early risers!

A Scarey Experience, Never Again
The hotel staff were nice and helpful at the Castle Imperial Suites, 'but our stay on our first night was truly unconfortable and according to my wife, very scary. About 4:30 am, She awakened to use the bathroom, when she turned on the lights, she started screaming, Bugs and roaches! I immediatley got up and proceeded to crush and kill the ones I could get at. I told her to check inside the suit cases to see if any were in our bags, So not to take them with us so we would not take a chance as to infest our home when we got back. I even put two of those big roaches in a envelope to show at the front desk. I was told I had to talk the manager, later that day. She seemed to be unsypathetic, And said, lot's of these hotels on the island have this problem I immediately checked out and started searching for another hotel to stay.

Great price, great room
This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover in Guam. Room has everything you need including wireless, comfortable bed, nice shower, couch, and a place to do work if you need to. No need to leave hotel if you don't want to because of in hotel restaurant and swimming pool. Pay for taxi to the airport in the morning, couldn't ask for any more and a very affordable price.
