great hotel right on the beach
This is a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful setting. The hotel is perfect as it has it's own beach area so the kids can enjoy the beach and not have to be dragged around with sand, in car and for parents, they serve drinks on the beach! The staff was extermemly friendly and it seems like that everyone was taking care of our children for us. Kids and grand parents are the center of attention in Greece, specially in this hotel. The room was perfect, we had a suite with both rooms being connected to the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, so while our kids went to bed, we got to enjoy sitting outside, enjoying the view and drinks. The hotel bar is great, the bartender is wonderful and the beach has enough activities and water sports within walking distance to entertain the family. Highly recomended for families.

beautiful hotel, amazing location
We were 2 couples aged 23-24.We had an amazing time at Blue Diamond Bay in the end of June 2011.The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were modern and clean (cleaned twice a day). The staff were so friendly and always had a smile on their face!!!! Thnks for this amazing holidays....We Would go back without hesitation and would highly recommend it.

our dream becomes true
A wonderful find. Just on the Beach Strip not to be disturbed. A very quiet complex, with a great pool, plenty of sun beds. Rooms maintained spotlessly and staff very discreet. Breakfast was excellent .If you just want to sit round the pool, its brilliant, but I would recommend hiring a car for three days to visit all the main towns and to find a restaurant and watch the sunset. I have seen a of Greece, but Santorini is breathtaking. Travelled with 13 and 18 year old daughters who really enjoyed sunbathing, swimming and reading. The WI_FI is for free !! It was an excellent place to stay, thoroughly recommended.

Stel uit Haarlem
Beetje jammer...
Als stel zijn wij na een intensieve stedentrip Athene voor een weekje rust naar Santorini gegaan. In de veronderstelling dat wij een riant hotel hadden geboekt met de daarbij te verwachten faciliteiten, kwamen wij zeer bedrogen uit. Bij arriveren constateerden wij dat er slechts 2 1-persoonbedden stonden in plaats van het verzochte 2-persoonsbed. De receptie was 99% van de dag onbemand, dus de eerste dag hebben wij niet eens onze klacht neer kunnen leggen bij het hotel. De tweede verrassing was het ontbijt. Continental breakfast in Greece is slappe coffee met oud stokbrood. Verwacht geen uitbreid ontbijt. Op ons verzoek zijn wij overgeplaatst naar een andere kamer (op een andere locatie), waarbij wij wederom negatief verrast werden. De douche had een verstoorde thermometer. Ongeacht de stand van de kraan, was het water afwisselend gloeiendheet of ijskoud. Bij het aangeven van dit mankement werden wij terugverhuisd naar de oude locatie in een volgens hun 'honeymoon suite'. Dit appartement had met het keiharde matras en lekkende airco echter weinig weg van een droomsuite. Dit hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen aanrader (en dan houden we het nog netjes).
