Awesome location & hospitality!

We arrived earlier and were still able to check in and get the free breakfast that was included. The concierge/receptionist ... was extremely helpful and hospitable. As soon as we checked in she informed us of excursions available-we got our tickets and confirmed we would be picked up and taken to port for the Volcano excursion. We did not need to worry about looking into that as she had all the information and options for different excursions. The only minor detail missed was that you need to pay for the cable car ride going down to the meet the boat(side note). The hotel is walking distance (maybe at most 5 min) to the black sand beach! We were able to check in, have breakfast, get settled in and still head to the beach before meeting for the excursion! The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms nice-extremely clean, there's a safe, have a nice little patio for each room to enjoy the sunset! The pool was extremely nice-if it wasn't for the ocean nearby we would have spent more time there. The hotel staff helped with getting transportation to the airport which was not far!

Downtown Santorini is a ways from the hotel, but you do avoid all the cruise ship travelers and the location to the beach was far worth the distance from downtown-which is only 20 min away.

Our experience at Bella Santorini was excellent. The staff, food, and visitors staying at the hotel were fabulous. My ... husband and I planned our wedding during our stay at the hotel. [...], the manager at the hotel, and our personal wedding planner, planned everything from the flowers, the cake, decorations, and also having the Mayor there to preside over the ceremony. She grabbed the horse by the reigns and took control of the planning process. [...] and her staff were helpful, patient, and wonderful with everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
