Our village's name is "SEAGULLS BAY". The name was inspired by our beach which is embraced by seashell rocks and serves as a shelter for seagulls.
At the construction phase we paid particular attention to maintenance,protection and preservation of the natural environment and wild life. For example, all preexisting arkeuthos trees - a species of cedar that thrives only in Kos - were left intact.
