Hotel sits on a corner of two streets. The one street on my room's side was a very busy / noisy street. I had to close the sliding balcony doors and turn on AC in order to go to sleep at night even at the 4th floor level (upon arrival I mentioned
my concern to staff and they told me that It wouldn't be an issue at 4th floor.) In addition, apparently the hotel attracts/markets to very young noisy groups of tourists....my next door young guests where holding a "party" with alcohol and I had to make several calls to the reception threatening to call police in order to get them to move their party elsewhere....Bathrooms definitely need updating ; no matter how clean they may be they most certainly do not look clean, being so dated.

If you happen to be in Kos July/August, for longer , day long excursions it may be worth not taking public transportation and pay a higher price with private organized excursions.
