Golden Coast Hotel is an A class / 4 star, beach-side hotel situated in the historic town of Marathon, Attica. Its 35 km from the centre of Athens, a 40 min drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, and 4 km from the town of Nea Makri.
Golden Coast Hotel is built in traditional Greek style in extensive grounds, consisting of a 4-floor main building and 2-storey bungalows in a village-like complex, arranged around two swimming pools and the main facilities.
240 sea view or garden view hotel rooms, 300 bungalows, studios and family apartments, making it a total of 540 rooms / 1,200 beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, safe deposit boxes, hairdryer, WC & bath, direct dialing phone (ISDN line) and WiFi internet service.
The bungalows have either pool or garden view. In addition, several of apartments have kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The hotel complex has 3 large freshwater swimming pools, 8 tartan tennis courts, 1 multi-court (volleyball, basketball, mini soccer), crazy golf, petanque and table tennis. The hotel also operate a Mini-Club for little guests, in a separate, kid-friendly area with its own pool and playground.
In ever corner of large resort, it provides the guests with excellent food & beverage options to satisfy every need & occasion. A breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet service operates at the Main Restaurant & Terrace.
