Hotel Claridge Dorou 4 is located in downtown Athens at Omonia Circus since 1936. It has been totally renovated in 2003 and it has offered hospitality during the period of Olympic Games in 2004 to members of Olympic Family and foreign journalists. It is a C category hotel- it has sound insulation and it consists of nine floors. It provides two elevators- central heating- automatic telephone- exchange- fax and fire insurance. All the rooms are quiet and light- covered by carpets and we provide hot water 24 hours per day. For our customers service- on the semi-floor which is air-conditioned there is a bar- a cafeteria and a breakfast room. Here you can sit- invite your friends and have your coffee or drink together.

The hotel is in great location

The hotel is in great location minutes to the main tourist attractions, and the metro right outside the door to bring you to the ferries for only a euro. The staff very helpful. Beside the hotel a nice restaurant that served the nicest greek food

Old hotel which doesn't seem to

Old hotel which doesn't seem to have been renovated for a while. It's certainly the first price but doesn't inspire a great confidence. The elevators are dangerous; and furthermore when I arrived in this hotel, a man was having a shoot of heroine 2 meters from me.

The room was good and clean, but

The room was good and clean, but the bathroom door was ımpossıble to close, and the shover was open so when u used ıt the whole bathroom was flooded. They took my passport and ı dıdnt get get ıt back so ı forgot ıt. Mostly my fault, but they shouldnt keep a passport. The room was ok, and locatıon very good and not too expencıve

TERRIBLE

Did not stay and am trying to get my money back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible staff, dirty and extremely small rooms!

Very good location right on Omonia

Very good location right on Omonia Square with a great view from the balcony. Breakfast was decent (included) and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cet hôtel est à ne recommander

Cet hôtel est à ne recommander sous aucun prétexte ! L'accueil est déplorable, l'hôtel est en très mauvais état, les chambres sont miteuses, les équipements ne fonctionnent pas, bref c'est une véritable catastrophe. Pour quasiment le même prix, il y en a de largement mieux, comme par exemple l'hôtel Marina (Voulgari Street), dans le même quartier.

Ein ideales Hotel für eine Städtereise.

Ein ideales Hotel für eine Städtereise. Es liegt sehr Zentral und alle wichtigen Punkte kann man bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Zudem gibt es einen U-Bahn-Knotenpunkt vor der Haustür. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es ist aber klein und hat ein kleines (sehr sauberes) Bad. Täglich gibt es neue Handtücher (2 große, 1 kleines). Zum Schrank, Stuhl und Nachtkästchen gibt es noch einen Kühlschrank (keine Minibar). Unser Zimmer hatte einen grossen Balkon. Der hat leider keine Bestuhlung um die Sonne zu geniessen, aber trotzdem nett. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, aber die Fenster und Balkontüre sind Schallisoliert. Für so ein zentrales Hotel an einem Hauptverkehrsknotenpunkt war es erstaunlich ruhig. Finger weg vom Frühstück! Es gibt Kaffee, Milch, 1 Sorte Müsli, Weissbrot, Diätmarmelade, 1 Sorte Käse und Wurst und dazu Kekse. Es lohnt sich nicht, es extra zu buchen, aber wenn es inkl. ist, dann kann man es essen. Für einen Städtetripp ist das Hotel ideal.
