Excellent hotel in Plaka

The location is very good: near Adrianou street, in the heart of Plaka. The hotel is modern and clean and the breakfast good ... too. We enjoyed our stay in the old town!

Amazing view of Acropole!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and we are very satisfied with our choice. Very nice staff, cute room,5 minutes from shopping ... street and restaurants, good coffee and the most important thing: an amazing view of the Acropole on the terrasse on 7th floor!! We even went for an early meditation at 4:00 am on the terrasse!

Very nice location. You can SEE Athens top 10 from this hotel without the need for any motorized transportation. The rooms ... are nice. Half have a view on the Acropolis but who cares their is a GREAT roof top terrasse with an almost 360 degree view. Only down side: Staff was not very helpfull at giving un information on stuff like restaurants (other thant greek) or finding supermarkets etc... But the rest was OK. Buffet breakfast was one of the most complete we had in greece

Check taxi rate to hotel from the airport before getting in and use exact change. Driver did not change a $50.00 bill, he said that was the cost. The hotel informed me that the rate is $30-35.

We only stayed for a night, but the hotel was very clean, and there was a great rooftop view of the acropolis. instead of a ... full size bed there were two double beds pushed together and the bathroom wall was see through.

Central Hotel is in an awesome location. When I booked, I requested a room with a nice view and was pleasantly surprised ... when we checked in that we had full acropolis views from our room. The continental breakfast was great as well. However, the bathroom is more like a stall than a room. There is a glass door that swings open, but there is about 6 inches of space below it and above it. It doesn't lock and you can hear everything that goes on in there. Additionally, there is a frosted glass panel separating the bathroom from the main room, so you can kind of see through. Other than the bathroom weirdness, our stay there was awesome!

The hotel had amazing views of Acropolis from the roof top patio, which also featured a hot tub. My husband and I spent 2 ... nights at the hotel and were able to fit in all the sites and still relax while shopping and enjoying gyros! You can't beat the location as it's close to everthing.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the metro station that services the airport. It served out purposes. We had ... to leave early in the morning so could not have the buffet breakfast but the hotel did have coffee and sweets available for early departees which was a nice touch.

The hotel was small.Room not very big. Extremely small elevator- only two people abd not all your luggage would fit. One ... person 2 suitcases. Okay for one night but not for an extended stay in our minds..
