AVOID
This is the first hotel I ever went to where no one asked us if we needed help with our luggage. That, after giving the reservation clerk a bottle of wine! The shuttle takes you to town, but does not pick you up. You can feel the springs in the frame of the beds. The "amenity" of an airport shuttle will cost you $80 Euros. We had trouble with our safe. When we went to the night clerk he told us everyone has trouble with it because the printed directions aren't accurate. So why not print a correction, we asked? The response was a shrug. And he was a nice guy! You can get a cab for $45. There is no way that this is a four star hotel.

Average, not even close to 4 stars.
Sort of out of the way. Loud at night. Beds were like bricks! Neighborhood was not scary, though and There were several good restaurants nearby.
