close to everything for the tourist
close to everything for the tourist - 5 minutes walk from the new Parthenon Museum (a MUST see), couple of minutes walk to Acropoli train station (runs every 10 minutes) and access to main areas of Athens, Ferry Port and Airport (every half hour). Very close to Plaka area, plenty of dining choices, wine/beer and coffee spots all with a view of the Parthenon lit up at night. Abundant shopping opportunities. Walking distanct to entrance of The Parthenon.

okay place in a good location
Great location, close to acropolis, plaka and museum. Overall the room was clean although older, however it was very small. Staff was nice a nd helpful and breakfast was complete.

HOTEL PARTHENON
I loved the location, however there was no pool. My room didn't have a view of the Acropolis, but they do have rooms with this view.

The headline here is the location
The headline here is the location - which is about as good as it gets. Walk out of the hotel, go around the corner, and you're looking at the Acropolis above you. It's incredible. You are a close walk to Syntagma, and an even closer walk to Plaka. The rooms are nothing spectacular - just standard amenities, but not bad at all - just basic. All is clean, staff speak English well and are helpful and friendly. If I came back to Athens (which I plan to - it's incredible), I would definitely consider this hotel again.

Top Hotel an Top Lage
Wir haben fünf herrliche Tage in Athen im Airotel Parthenon verbracht. Die Lage ist sensationell - 2 Minuten von der Metro und 5 Minuten von Plaka am Fusse der Akropolis und trotzdem ruhig. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, Zimmer immer sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Wirklich zum Weiterempfehlen.

我們入住的時候碰上酒店在翻新，房間內還有油漆味和裝修時鑽孔的噪聲。位置很好，非常近衛城和地鐵站。還有，前台的服務員Giota長得很像Sandra Bullock，而且英文說得不錯。
