The New Coco Beach Resort is located where The Gulf of Guinea of the Atlantic Ocean washes Ghanas Southern shore. It has a beautiful beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The rooms are very comfortable with Wireless Internet at a Charge, Cable TV, IDD, and AC. There is a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children too. The Indoor and Outdoor Restaurants have a variety of delicious International and Local meals. There is 24 Hour security guards and cameras surveying the whole Hotel so the guest may have a peaceful and comfortable stay.
The business centre is well equipped with photocopying, scanning and fax facilities. A unisex Beauty Salon for all your beauty needs is also available on site and a gym is open for your daily workouts. There are 3 Conference rooms for any function or meeting with the largest seating 150 people.

3 star "Ghana" hotel

For Ghana, this was a nice hotel. For $180.00 a night, we expected a little more, but we are used to American standards that ... are a bit nicer. The hotel sits right on the Atlantic ocean and the crashing waves on the beach add a nice touch. The beach, however, was another story. It is not a beach that any one would feel comfortable swimming at. There are homeless people living real close by, and they are not afraid to pretend to be a lifeguard and tell you something for your safety and then ask for money. All in all it was a great stay, but a little on the pricy side. The staff receives 5 stars for their friendliness and service. They provided pickup and dropoff service at the airport at no additional charge. I am not sure that I would stay there again. It would depend on the location of the business I needed to do. Renovations need to be completed. There is a bungalow that is being used for storage due to the roof and other issues. The food at the hotel was very good, and the prices were reasonable. Try the pizza!!!

Accra mall is not far from the hotel as long as you don't go during the busy part of the day. Plan on at least a 30 minute drive. Leave in the morning for the airport and plan on at least 1 hour drive time.
