Hotel was great
The Hotel staff was great! They were very helpful and everyone spoke English and that was very helpful to me. I thought the food was also excellent. Concerning my Airline reservations I can't make the same positive comments. My outgoing flight was cancelled and I had to be rerouted adding time and discomfort to an already long trip. My return flight from Newark to Albany was also cancelled and I was told that they couldn't reschedule another flight for at least two days. I ended up renting a car and driving home. I will never fly via United again. Jeff Henry
