The Maritim Hotel which, together with it's congress centre, provides a truly outstanding venue for conferences, seminars and gatherings, is to be found in an excellent location right on the banks of the river Main. This venerable bishopric and University City has numerous sights and attractions to offer, among them the "Marienberg" fortress, the Wurzburger Residence and some delectable Franconian wines. Please note that the star rating is a non official rating.

Germany visit to see relatives

This is my first time in a first class Hotel. Usually stay at Best Western or similar, My sister and I tree Ted ourselves. The staff was excellent. Food to die for. Room very clean. Thanks for the FUN Jani and Annie.

Only if you have no other option

Pro: Check in was easy. Cons: The hotel was noisy because Germany had just won an important football game. The air conditioning wasn't working that hot July night. The comfort of the beds was only fair. Checking out was busy and took longer than expected.

Nice bier garden just a short walk, across the river, on the river.
