I awoke late the first morning of my visit. Upon waking, I noticed insects on the foot of the beds. I notified the staff and left for the day. The next morning I awoke to insects at the foot of the bed and also on the floor heaters. I also noticed many more on the exterior windows in both rooms. I immediately called and asked for the Hotel Manager to show the condition of the room. Instead, the operator sent the desk staff to my room for review. She apologized and called for the room cleaning staff to clean the room. I immediately left. The next morning, the insects were again on the windows and I asked for the Manager, who, again was not available. I demanded to be moved and was told to come to the desk for another room key. At no time did anyone check into my concerns, apologize for the inconvenience or ask about my stay upon checkout. The Manager that I requested to see twice, never contacted me.

Great one week long stay at NK Aukamm
Overall Hotel was very nice, quite and clean. Staff working on the front desk spoke good English. Pakring was free if you find a space on the permesis. There was ample street parking also avialable. Internet was expensive,18 Euros a day. However in teh loby 30 min were free. Location was great too. Hotel sits infront of a beautiful park. Wiesbaden downton and shoping area is about 15 to 20 mins walk.
