enttäuschte
Hotel, das alles verspricht und nichts hält
Hatten barrierefreies Zimmer erbeten, bekamen keines, sondern das am weitesten vom Lift entfernte mit Badewanne statt Dusche. Zimmerschließsystem extrem schräg und ungenügend erklärt. Kein w-lan in diesem Zimmer mit Aussicht auf Lkw-Parkplatz. Zimmer eisig, weil Heizung abgedreht, sagt einem aber niemand. Personal sehr knapp und wenig hilfsbereit. Alles, was nicht funktionierte, müsste eigentlich gehen, behoben wurde aber kein Missstand. Spabereich extra zu bezahlen, Schwimmbad nochmal extra, Parkplatz auch. Alles abgewohnt bis schäbig. Restaurant und Bar ungemütlich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Doppelzimmer 20 m² , Bett 1,55 für 2 Personen XXL, da nicht bei Radisson Blu gebucht Gast 2 Klasse, Ein Wunder das das WC im Preis enthalten ist.
