Helpful Staff
We stayed at this hotel while visiting our son in college. The first night we were given a room with twin beds but the next morning we requested a full size bed and the staff was very helpful and provided us with another room. Food was excellent and staff has a good understanding of English. Only complaint I have is the fee for internet use in the rooms.

We ate at Kneitinger Restaurant twice while we were visiting. Excellent food and they do provide an English menu for you to select from.

Location is rated Average as the hotel is a 30 minute walk along canal/river to the city. Location on the canal is very pretty and quiet. Staff service was excellent, as was value for money. Reception had retained our reservation although this had apparently been cancelled somehow, this was much appreciated.

Great Place
The hotel is right off the freeway and next to a river. There was no chance to get lost and the rooms were insulated so there was no noise from the freeway traffic. Rooms were great and food was excellent. Too bad we were just passing through and didn't get a chance to walk around town since I've been told that it is very quaint.

The hotel is located outside of
The hotel is located outside of the city centre, but for a short stay this is not a problem, although a short taxi ride could get you there quickly. In house facilities were good with small shop in the reception area and a decent mediteranien restaurant and bar. Local Fitness centre also allows free access to guests and internet worked well although not free of charge (Isn't it about time we caught up with the Americans on this!). I would stay there again.
